As co-founder of Rise Fashion Group, Lena leads creative direction and partnerships, overseeing how brands are visually realized and experienced. She works closely with designers and collaborators to translate creative vision into cohesive runway presentations, editorial outputs, and industry-facing moments that align with both aesthetic standards and market expectations.

Originally from Texas, Emily brings a background in visual merchandising and styling, with experience spanning fashion production and live events. Her work is grounded in an understanding of how presentation, logistics, and environment contribute to the perception of a brand.
Since joining Rise Fashion Group in 2024, she has led coordination across designer relations and partner communications, supporting runway presentations, brand collaborations, and editorial initiatives. Emily works closely across internal and external teams to ensure alignment between creative direction and execution, contributing to the seamless delivery of client engagements and the strength of ongoing industry relationships.

Christopher L. Jones co-founded Rise Fashion Group to define how brands are positioned, interpreted, and retained within the fashion and beauty landscape. His work centers on building the strategic frameworks that guide narrative, timing, and audience alignment across each initiative.
With a background in visual communication and marketing, and experience supporting global brands such as Mercedes-Benz and SiriusXM, he leads positioning strategy and campaign development. His work ensures that creative output is supported by clear context, strengthening how brands connect with editors, stylists, and industry stakeholders over time.
